Little Colour Co. proudly creates and ships personalised products from Australia.
Processing Times
Most orders are produced within 3 to 5 business days.
During busy periods, promotional events, public holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking where applicable.
Shipping Timeframes
The following delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are intended as a guide only.
Australia
• Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, weather events, and Australia Post network conditions.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Little Colour Co. is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, returned parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@littlecolourco.com.au and we will assist with lodging an enquiry or claim with Australia Post where applicable.
While we will do our best to assist, Little Colour Co. cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.
Authority to Leave
If Australia Post delivers your parcel using an Authority to Leave service, responsibility for the parcel transfers upon successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Little Colour Co. only ships within Australia.
We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery outside Australia.
